"Can men use your products!"

Absolutely! Our products are not gender specific.

”What currency are your prices in”

All prices are in USD due to the majority of our customer base being in the US. To pay in a different currency, you can use PayPals secure payment portal.

”Where do you ship from?”

We proudly ship from North America, to many countries worldwide! 

“Where are your oils manufactured?”

We proudly manufacture our cosmetic products in North America with globally and ethically sourced ingredients! 

“When will I receive my parcel?”

Delivery times are listed at checkout once you enter your address. You can select economy or express. 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not include delays caused by natural disasters, border closures, etc.

“I just ordered but would like to cancel and get a refund, is it possible?”

If our warehouse has not yet printed out your shipping label, we can provide you with a refund. Cancellations can only be made up to 2 hours after order has been placed, if shipping label has not been printed. Please note there is a $4.00 USD restocking fee subtracted from the total refund.

“Will your products help to cure my disease?”

Golab Beauty products do not intend to diagnose, treat, or cure any illnesses. We advise speaking to your doctor before using any products if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. 

“Are your products cruelty free”

Yes, our products are 100% cruelty free and vegan! We also do our research to ensure our products are ethically sourced.

“How long will it take to get results?”

Everyone reacts to new products differently! With consistency, you will see a difference in your hair health! Our oils work overtime to create a healthier environment for your hair to grow long and strong. 

Our customers see an increase in appearance of density at 3 months, and most satisfactory results at 6 months.

”How can I perform a patch test?” 

We suggest patch testing before use of any new products. You can apply the product to your wrist or behind your ear, cover the area and monitor for 48 hours. 
If you observe any irritation (intense itching, blistering, redness or pain) we suggest discontinuing use. 
Please note, allergic reactions can also happen over time. In any case of irritation, discontinue use. 

“Can I use your products while pregnant or breast feeding?”

Due to the fact that we use essential oils, we always suggest speaking to your doctor before use of any new products during pregnancy or breast feeding. 

“How do you pronounce Golâb?”

Golâb is a Farsi word meaning “rose water”. 
It is pronounced “Goal-Awb”!
