"Can men use your products!"

Absolutely! Our products are not gender specific.

”What currency are your prices in”

All prices are in USD due to the majority of my customers being based in the US. To pay in a different currency, you can use PayPals secure payment portal.

“When will I receive my parcel?”

Delivery times are listed at checkout once you enter your address. You can select economy or express. 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not include delays caused by natural disasters, border closures, etc.

“I just ordered but would like to cancel and get a refund, is it possible?”

If I have not yet printed out your shipping label, I can provide you with a refund. However, please be aware that there will be $4.00 USD subtracted from your refund as I do have to pay a surcharge for any cancellations. CANCELLATIONS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE UP TO 2 HOURS AFTER YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER, IF LABEL HAS NOT BEEN PRINTED.

“Will your products help to cure my disease?”

Golab Beauty products do not intend to diagnose, treat, or cure any illnesses. Please also speak to your doctor before using any products if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. 

“Are your products cruelty free”

Yes, our products are 100% cruelty free and vegan! We also do our research to ensure our products are ethically sourced.

“How long will it take to get results?”

Everyone reacts to new products differently! With consistency, you will see a difference in your hair health! Our oils work overtime to create a healthier environment for your hair to grow long and strong. 

Our customers see an increase in density at 3 months, and most satisfactory results at 6 months.
